CleanLinks' new Mobile
Module is a leap forward and adds an innovative extension to the
core CleanLink.
CleanLink Mobile allows managers to carry up to date site information, do site audits, receive instructions i.e. visit a site, meet client, take a staff photo and make a stores order.
All connections are through CleanLinks' new Web Service.
The mobile can be a PDA, Pocket PC
or Handheld, but whichever you choose it must run Microsoft's
® Windows Mobile 5 or 6 with a Touch Screen. Windows Mobile 5/6 includes Outlook, Tasks,
Calendar, Contacts, Pocket Word and Excel. If your choice is a
basic device with no phone (so no cellular charges), remote
connections are made by Wi-Fi hotspots or docking with an internet
connected PC. When a cellular connection is
available the device is truly roaming. Information when returned
can be incorporated into CleanLink after human authentication.
You choose and purchase the device
on which to run CleanLink Mobile. If you require true remote
connections you also require a mobile Internet connection (see
Technical Help).
